Rian and Michael are professionals! They were very friendly too. They used a vacuum cleaner to stop brick dust from going onto the floor and onto my curtain pelmet when... more they drilled through my walls for my two 3.5k/w split systems. They also used a leaf blower outside to clear any drill dust near the compressors and finished off by spraying and wiping the systems to remove any hand marks. I'm very impressed guys well done! 🙂

High quality workmanship was witnessed on every occasion, the units currently operate beautifully to cool in a heatwave with no problems. Had our ducted air-conditioning system installed by Ryan and the team mid 2020. They did a great job and was working well until Dec 2021. Being a retired Refrigeration Technician... more I new we had an issue with loss of refrigerant gas. Called Ryan and he attended quickly and confirmed the problem. Gas leaks are sometimes very hard to find so he completed a number of tests which eventually found the leak in the copper pipe (porous) between the outside compressor/condenser unit and the in-roof evaporator unit. Once these copper pipes were replaced we have not had any further issues. So, no issues with EAS they did a great job, just a faulty batch of copper pipe which can had from time to time.

Great service and friendly staff and prices, When it comes to auto mechanics, I've valued honesty and transparency above all else. Rodney and the team here are helpful, honest, and such... more a friendly group of staff. They are currently implementing a trial wherein they video and document parts of the inspection where they find faults, and send a link so you can watch them explain the faults found. This really showed me their transparency and reliability as a business. I will absolutely be coming back to these guys in the future. Well done!
