New split system air con installed. A seamless process from my first contact with Ryan right through to the installation. It’s simple. Ryan has integrity which means you can trust him. I had 2 quotes for aircon installation. Same job and same price except one installer was going to reuse... more old copper pipes. Ryan replaced all the copper pipes and electrics; same price! After seeing the corrosive condition of the old pipes in the bin I was extremely grateful I went with Ryan. He’s very professional and reliable. Highly recommend using AES after this.

The 2 installation guys were very professional: great work ethic, very respectful. The old air conditioner was a Daiken and while it was a great air conditioner it was 23 years... more old : I have noticed the heat output is different Daiken warmed up the room to where it was very hot : Actron is an inverter so once it warms up the room it is more energy efficient. So far I am extremely happy. Just have to hope it helps with the electricity bill; ask me again in 3 months time when I have had the use of the new air conditioners - so I can see if they do save money. I did my own research on this air con and it definitely is a great split system.

Great service and friendly staff and prices, When it comes to auto mechanics, I've valued honesty and transparency above all else. Rodney and the team here are helpful, honest, and such... more a friendly group of staff. They are currently implementing a trial wherein they video and document parts of the inspection where they find faults, and send a link so you can watch them explain the faults found. This really showed me their transparency and reliability as a business. I will absolutely be coming back to these guys in the future. Well done!

Cleaned up afterwards and even did a temporary repair job on my roof where... more the old unit had been. I was particularly impressed when they identified a very minor defect in the casing of the new AC unit, informed me of it and were then back the next morning to rectify it.
